This project is a winning entry in National Architecture Competition. It is
designed as one continuous roof that covers three floors above a large car
parking area. Project by virtue of its own unique design with dominating conical
roof, large glazing windows, deep roof protection is a landmark project in Goa.
The entire project is visible from across Zuari river, from air, from zuari bridge
and from Dona Paula.
